The Picture Lady
Hi I'm Lynn-The Picture Lady. I got my name a couple of years ago when dropping off picture orders to a day care center. I was greeted by the kids, all excited, calling out, “the picture lady's here”. Well the name stuck and that is how I describe myself to all my clients-I am Lynn, the Picture Lady.
Born and raised in England I moved to the US when I was just 19 years old and 30 years later just can't shake that British accent:) My first camera was a Pentax K1000 given to me by my hubby on our first wedding anniversary and I have been shooting pictures ever since! When I am not photographing babies you will find me at my other job-photographing babies that have not yet been born-I am an Ultrasound Tech at Southside Women's Center and have been blessed to have shared the joys of so many families since 1999. That blessing continues as I photograph those moms and dads-to-be and then their tiny newborns. Seems lately I have been doing a lot of Birthday Cake Shoots for one year olds-my favorite shoot for sure-cannot believe that all those tiny newborns are growing up so fast. I hope you enjoy my web site as much as I have enjoyed shooting all the pictures and sharing those precious moments throughout the years.
